Q. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after the 11:00 PM cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once processed, orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Q. How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can modify your shipping address by contacting us at labourlandbirth@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accomodate this. If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address.
Q. What if my shipment is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at labourlandbirth@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for returns.
Q. How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at labourlandbirth@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Q. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, but exchanges are processed as separate transactions. First, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at labourlandbirth@gmail.com.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
