Troubleshooting your TENS
Having trouble with your TENS machine? Try the steps below:
My machine won't turn on:
1. Try a fresh set of batteries.
2. Double check the batteries are inserted the right way and you are pressing the on button all the way in.
3. Still no success? Contact Us.
The pads aren't pulsing:
1. Check that the lead wires are inserted all the way in to the pads and that they are properly connected. If only one side is pulsing, swap the lead wires and check the other side. This will help to determine if there is an issue with the pads or the wires.
2. Try another set of batteries.
3. Check the jack ports at the top of the machine and ensure they are fully inserted.
4. Still no success? Contact Us.
Error symbol is being displayed:
1. If you are seeing a box with an exclamation mark and a wavy line below it this means your pads may not be correctly applied to the skin or the wires are not correctly inserted. Try steps 1-3 above, and ensure the pads are sufficiently adhered to the skin.
2. If you are seeing a nearly empty battery symbol this means that you have low battery and the machine will soon turn off. Please Contact Us if this happens with a new set of batteries that comes with your tens hire, even if the issue resolves itself by doing the following:
- Trying a new set of batteries
-
Checking that the lead wires are inserted all the way in to the pads and that they are properly connected.
- Checking the jack ports at the top of the machine and ensure they are fully inserted.
